If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, follow these steps for a return or refund:

Return Shipping

  • Shipping Costs: We will cover the return shipping costs for all returns, regardless of the reason.

Return Conditions

Ensure that the product returned meets the following criteria:

  • Same Product: The product must be the same item that was delivered.
  • Same Condition: The product must be in the same condition as received.
  • Same Packaging: The product must be returned in the original packaging.

Return Process

  1. Shipping Back: We will arrange for the product to be shipped back to us at no cost to you.
  2. Inspection: Once the product reaches our facility, we will inspect the item.
  3. Replacement or Refund: After inspection, we will issue a full replacement or refund.

Return Label

  • Timeframe: To receive your replacement or refund, the product must be returned to Golf Ball Nut within two weeks of receiving the return label.

Refunds on Discounted Purchases

  • Discounts Applied: Refunds will be issued equal to the amount paid after the discount is applied.
  • Birdie Bucks Rewards:
    • Cash Refund: Eligible for a partial cash refund up to the amount paid after the discount.
    • Birdie Bucks Restoration: Birdie Bucks will be restored to your account for future purchases.
