Not 100% satisfied with your purchase?
Contact us within 30 days from the time your product was delivered to your door regarding any issues. We will make arrangements to have the product shipped back to us. We will pay for return shipping if product is defective, damaged, or incorrect product is sent. Otherwise, buyer will pay for return shipping. Product returned to us must be the same product and in the same condition and in the same packaging as received by the buyer. Once the product has reached our facility, we will then inspect the item and proceed to issue a full replacement or refund. In order to receive your replacement or refund, product must be returned to Golf Ball Nut within two weeks of your receipt of the return label.
Purchases made with a discount applied are only eligible for refunds equal to the amount paid after discount is applied. Purchases made using Birdie Bucks rewards are eligible for partial cash refund up to the amount paid after discount, and Birdie Bucks will be restored to your account for future purchases.
