How do we grade our golf balls?

Our 7 grades are:

New - Brand New In The Box. Never been touched.

Mint With No Logo's/ NL: These look like they have never been played. These balls are the best we have to offer. They will have no player marks, scuffs or blemishes. They will contain NO balls with logos.

Mint / AAAAA: These look like they have never been played.They will have no player marks, scuffs or blemishes. They will contain some balls with logos.

Mint with Player Marks / PM: These look like they have never been played.They will have player marks, but no scuffs or blemishes. They will contain some balls with logos.

Near Mint / AAAA: These look like they have only been been hit a few times. These balls all have some minor imperfection that keeps them from being Mint. There will be small player marks, minor scuffs, or slight blemishes. Most people would consider these balls Mint, but we are just too picky.

AAA: These are the same as a ball you have played with for a few holes. (They don't look new anymore, but you would keep teeing them up.) These are balls that did not make it into our Near Mint grade. They will have player marks, scuffs, or blemishes, but nothing bad enough to affect the playability of the ball.

Hit Away: These are great for hitting into Fields, Ponds, etc. These balls will either be older balls or balls that have damage to the cover. They are great for practice when you want to be able to hit'em and foget'em.

Will my golf balls have logos?

Yes, your balls can contain logos, unless the listing specifically says "no logos". There is no way to determine the amount of logos you may receive with your product. It is truly a luck of the draw situation.


Will my Near Mint contain player’s marks?

Yes, our Near Mint product will contain player’s marks. There is no way to determine the amount of player’s marks you may receive with your product. It is truly a luck of the draw situation.


Will you stand behind your grading system?

Yes, we stand behind our product 100%. If you are unsatisfied in any way, we do our best to resolve any issues or concerns. Please email sales@golfballnut.com or call 1-877-250-5824 with any questions.


Who qualifies for free shipping?

Any customer spending over $59 and lives in the continental United States qualifies for free shipping. When checking out, please select the free shipping method. There will be a shipping charge for any other selection.


What if I live in Alaska or Hawaii?

We can only ship to Alaska or Hawaii using the United States Postal Service. Please proceed to checkout for your shipping rates.


What shipping methods do you use?

Our primary shipping carrier is Federal Express. All of our free shipping options are sent via Fed Ex, except if you are ordering one dozen balls. All customers that purchase one dozen balls will have their package delivered by the United States Postal Service.


How much will shipping cost if we do not spend $59?

Please proceed to checkout to view the current rates. You will have to provide your postal code to have an accurate quote.


I live in Australia. Do I qualify for free shipping?

Sorry folks, unfortunately we can’t offer free shipping to anyone outside the continental US. International free shipping is not one of our options. Please proceed to checkout for your shipping rates. Once you enter your postal code you will be given your shipping rate.
